From road closure to permit-ready TCP in seconds.

ConePath analyzes the site, generates the traffic control layout, supports manual edits, and exports a review-ready TCP/TMP package.

Step 1

Analyze the site

ConePath analyzes roads, buildings, and nearby intersections so every plan is generated from actual site context, not a generic template.

FAQs

Questions about ConePath?

Everything you need to know about getting started, compliance, and how AI plans work.

How does ConePath generate the plan?+
ConePath reads the road context (lanes, speed limit, transit, ADA) at your closure and applies MUTCD device-spacing rules plus your local supplement. The first draft places cones, signs, tapers, flaggers, and detours, and every device and distance is editable. You can ask the AI to change any selection in plain English.
Does it actually pass review?+
ConePath ships every plan with a compliance checklist showing exactly which rules and local supplements were applied, so reviewers can verify quickly. We're currently iterating with civil engineers ahead of our beta launch to ensure plans hold up in the field.
Which jurisdictions are supported?+
We're starting with City of Vancouver and expanding across North American jurisdictions. If your city isn't supported yet, reach out - we're actively onboarding new rule profiles and move fast.
Can I edit the AI's plan?+
Always. Drag any device, redraw the closure, or lasso an area and ask the AI to shift, add, or remove items. Every change is versioned, so you can revert and compare. The AI is a draft; you ship the plan.
What's in the export PDF?+
A scaled drawing, full bill of materials with quantities, the compliance checklist, reviewer notes, assumptions, and a field setup checklist. Most jurisdictions accept it as-is for the permit package.
How fast can I get started?+
We're currently in beta with civil engineering teams in Vancouver. Request early access to be among the first to use it.
